3. Barsec deploys and configures protection, then monitors continuously.
4. When something suspicious appears, real people investigate before the business is alerted.
5. Threats are contained, and the business is told clearly what happened and what was done.

## Human-led response

Software detects. People investigate. Barsec does not forward raw alerts to business owners. Signals are triaged by people, and only meaningful findings reach the customer, with context and next steps.

## Technology

Barsec selects, deploys, and operates the security technology behind the service, including Huntress for endpoint and identity threat detection, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace hardening, and Cloudflare for DNS, domain, and web protection. These are tools Barsec runs, not partnerships the customer manages.

## Website services and pricing

Website services are a separate offering from managed cybersecurity. The Concierge plan is $150/month and includes design or redesign, hosting, speed and uptime, ongoing updates, website security monitoring, content changes, and human support. Custom website and integration work is quoted on request. Plans are month-to-month with no contract. Managed cybersecurity is scoped and priced after a security assessment.
